Felt like taking it back to basics with this one! I started out my channel with product reviews and haven't done one in absolute ages. Hope you enjoy!
Products Used:
- Kevin Murphy Rough Rider
- Original by BluMaan Styling Meraki
Remember, Kevin Murphy Night Rider would work for people that don't have super thick hair. (In my opinion there are better strong hold products, however).
Rough Rider break down -
Pros:
- great for thick hair
- adds serious control
- a little goes a LONG way
- lasts all day long (with the right hair type)
- smells good
Cons:
- very specific to thick hair only, (or hair that is easy to style)
- can make hair feel dry/sandy... almost a bit dirty. However, I think this helps add to the texture/grip
- does not wash out with water only, requires shampoo
- can sometimes make my hair start to poof... however I have hair that tends to poof easily
